How to request a refund
Email support@pdf2image.online within 14 days of your purchase. Include the email address you used at checkout (and your Stripe receipt or order number, if you have it) so we can locate your payment.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
The free online tool
The online PDF-to-image converter is completely free, so there is nothing to refund for that part of the Service.
