By using pdf2image.online (the "Service") or purchasing the desktop app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service
pdf2image.online offers a free online tool that converts PDF files into PNG or JPG images, and a paid desktop application for Windows that performs the same conversion entirely on your own computer.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Upload or convert content you do not have the right to use.
- Upload unlawful, infringing or malicious material.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Use the Service to build a competing product or to resell access.
Desktop app license
When you purchase the desktop app, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app for your own personal or internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or share the installer or your download link. All intellectual property in the app remains ours.
Pricing and payment
The desktop app is offered as a one-time purchase of $9 USD, processed securely by Stripe. Prices may change, but any change will not affect purchases already completed. After a successful payment you will receive a link to download the app.
Refunds
Purchases are covered by our Refund Policy, which offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on the desktop app.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that conversions will meet your specific requirements.
You are responsible for keeping your own backups of your original files. We are not responsible for any loss, corruption or alteration of files arising from your use of the Service.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, pdf2image.online will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or, for the free tool, $0).
Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties such as Stripe (payments) and Google Analytics (analytics). Your use of those features is also subject to their terms and privacy policies. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in that state.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
